I am making a better habit of spending less time in front of the 2 screens, cell phone and my laptop.
I turn off my laptop a few times per day. I put them at a distance from me when sleeping.
This is discipline for me, besides having mental (quieted mind and peaceful) and physical (vision and brain) benefits. I like that my thoughts are not crowded out by media bombardment. I saved the most important for last: I have more conversation with my Lord!
