For better health I’m working on maintaining an schedule with my daily activities Such as:
Getting up. Worship. Breakfast. Activities of the morning. Lunch. Exercise. Activities of the afternoon. Dinner. Going to bed. Still working on getting 8-9 hrs of sleep. My schedule works most of the time. When following the schedule I feel much better, rested, clear mind, more energy and healthier. Praise the Lord!
