02 May Cecile Roberson’s “One Thing”
My husband Andy, our daughters Chloé and Sabrina and I have been walking about 4 miles a day (10k steps). We have been eating our usual whole food plant-based dishes including kale, cruciferous veggies like broccoli and have continued to drink water in between meals.
We have also strengthened our spiritual life by studying God’s Word more than ever along with SOP. Basically keeping implementing N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T. in our lives.
