7 AM at Lakeview we are having a Health Screening.
Come Fasting
Glucose, Hematocrit, Cholesterol, BMI, and BP.
See Judy or Esther (comealive7@gmail.com) or Hernade (hjojo21@hotmail.com), at the church foyer at the end of the service. Price $15.00 (a fourth of the price); plus a hearty breakfast! and individual counseling.
Please prepare by drinking 8-10 glasses of water per day before the screening date and come
without eating over night, and encourage your friends and family to sign up. We'll see you there.
